Programma Mediolanum Next

L’oggetto dell’evento è il Programma Mediolanum Next, il percorso professionale volto ad incrementare la presenza sul mercato di Banca Mediolanum e a presidiare il passaggio generazionale dei Family Banker, introducendo all'interno della Rete di Banca Mediolanum il ruolo del Banker Consultant.
A CHI SI RIVOLGE
Banca Mediolanum si rivolge a studentesse e studenti under 30 dell'ultimo anno della laurea triennale, del primo e del secondo anno della laurea magistrale e a laureate e laureati under 30 da massimo cinque anni dal conseguimento del titolo in materie economico-scientifiche, giuridiche e politologiche con una passione per i mercati finanziari.
Il Programma Mediolanum Next inizia a gennaio 2022 quindi l'azienda si rivolge a chi si iscrive agli appelli di laurea autunnali 2021 o, al massimo, primaverili 2022 (in modo da arrivare a gennaio senza esami e con solo la tesi da fare).

The subject of the event is the Mediolanum Next Programme, the professional path aimed at increasing the market presence of Banca Mediolanum and overseeing the generational transition of Family Bankers, introducing the role of Banker Consultant within the Banca Mediolanum Network.
ELIGIBILITY
Banca Mediolanum is aimed at under 30 last year students of Bachelor’s Degree, first and second year students of Master’s Degree and under 30 graduates up to five years after graduation in Economics, Law and Political Science with a passion for financial markets.
Mediolanum Next Programme starts in January 2022, so the company is targeting those enrolling for the autumn 2021 or, at the latest, spring 2022 graduation sessions (as to arrive in January without exams and with only the thesis to do).
